Sperm production is dependent upon many variables including family genetic history, physical health, and diet to name a few. Having an adequate production of Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH), is important. LH is also called the Interstitial Cell Stimulating Hormone (ICSH). FSH and LH are the same hormones that are necessary for ovulation and the menstrual cycle in women. Testosterone production is also important.
